Technical Support Agreements
MACDAC currently offers 3 types of Annual Technical
Support Agreement plans. We've made numerous
enhancements to our Support and Training services
and intend to continue to provide additional
enhancements. Below is an explanation of our Full
Plan A for $1,500, Intermediate Plan B for $1,000
and our Basic Plan C for $500.
Annual Technical
Support Agreement Plan A
includes:
1. Phone,
FAX and E-Mail technical support (provided by MACDAC Engineering,
Inc. and CNC Software, Inc.).
2. Application
Sessions Thursday + Friday in Ellington, CT. Classes can
also be scheduled at a MA location to be determined. First session
is 9:00am to 12:00pm and second session is 1:00pm to 4:00pm based on
a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Post
Modification Assistance in Application Sessions -
Assistance / Training for minor post modifications within the
Application Sessions Thursday + Friday.
4. Website
(www.macdac.com) and E-Mail includes:
a) E-Mail
addresses where customers can upload problem files for technical
assistance from MACDAC.
b) Employment
Opportunities @ macdac.com where customers looking for work can
find other MASTERCAM users who are temporarily over capacity and
wish to off-load work. Also, currently unemployed, experienced
Mastercam users can post their resumes and available Mastercam
Programmers can post their availability and expertise levels for
third-party programming opportunities.
c) What's
New @ macdac.com where customers can stay abreast with new
ideas and endeavors being reviewed by or committed to by MACDAC.
Also, review upcoming sales seminars, training sessions and
technical support plans being offerred by MACDAC.
d) Links
@ macdac.com where customers can link their website(s) to
MACDAC and promote their products and services to the MACDAC
clientele.
