Class Cancellation Policy
The cancellation period, in calendar days, is 7 days for classes. Failure to cancel a class within the cancellation period, or not showing the day of the class, will result in being charged 100% of the class fee. Students may take the class within a 12-month period, at no additional cost, on a “seat available” basis. Registrations made on a “seat-available” basis must be confirmed by the student within 48 hours prior to the start of class to verify that there is a seat available in the class.
Inclement Weather Policy
If MACDAC is delayed or closed due to inclement weather, we will make an announcement on our voicemail by 7:00 AM that morning: (860) 749-5544. As a rule, if your company is open, and MACDAC is open, you will be expected to be at class. We will also notify the following TV and Radio stations of any delays or closings but as we cannot guarantee that our notice will air, please call us with any questions.
